I have been a certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Fitness Instructor for 24 years. I strive to provide high quality fitness instruction through my love of being active and knowledge of fitness and health. I enjoy a variety of indoor and outdoor activities such as hiking, skiing, skating, cycling and distance running. I have completed a series of 10km and ½ to full marathon races. My excitement for these accomplishments along with HIIT, Spin, TRX and Bootcamp classes drives me to learn new exercises. I bring a unique sense of humour, approachable and creative teaching style to all of my sessions and group classes. I always look forward to helping educate, motivate and support clients in developing their health and wellness while having fun at the same time! I design effective workouts at home and online workouts through a variety of training methods. My goal is a functional fitness program for better strength, endurance, agility and flexibility. Married and a mom of 3 boys, I focus most of my time on pre and post natal clients, stay at home and working moms and helping them achieve their fitness goals.
